I was commissioned to develop a suite of new policy and procedure handbooks for Youth Justice NSW for internal and external staff such as consultants. There were a total of eight handbooks produced which were customised to suit different locations.

The goal was to condense several policies and procedures into one new handbook and create a simple, easy to use, reference document for everything they will need to know in one place. 

The project required creating eight versions of the handbook, each of which had a combination of common and location specific content. Maintaining accuracy and consistency was key.

The design needed to fit within the NSW Government brand guidelines, while also carving out a unique design that could stand alone and position the project with it’s own distinct personality.
